SPINNEYFields EASY LOADED CHEESY NACHOS
Recipe: Spinneyfields Easy Loaded Cheesy Nachos
Such a simple dish – but packed full of flavour, topped with our cheddar cheese this is perfect to share.
1 Large bag of Tortilla Chips
1 Large jar of Tomato Salsa
Sliced Spring Onions
75g Spinneyfields Grated White Cheddar (add more if needed!)
75g Spinneyfields Grated Coloured Cheddar (add more if needed!)
Sliced green and red Pickled Jalapeños
Soured Cream or Crème Fraiche
Fresh chives (optional)
Method for the Easy Loaded Cheesy Nachos
Preheat oven to 180’C (fan)
In a shallow ovenproof dish, layer the tortilla chips, salsa, cheese and spring onions, creating several layers.
Finish off by ensuring the tortilla chips on top are smothered with cheese.
Cook in the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted .
Be careful when taking the product out of the oven as the dish will be very hot.
Scatter with jalapeños and chopped chives, and serve straight away with extra salsa, guacamole and soured cream as dips on the side.
